I have sold my macbook.
So thats it. No more macbook. No more fiddling with Mac OS X. Don't take it wrong. I like the OS, but i was just too busy finding alternatives for Windows and, trying to get my Windows based projects to work on other platforms.
I figured, that platform compatibility is not my main requirement for my projects.
So what happened. Simple. Sold macbook, bought a new (and better) laptop with that money. You heard that right. I haven't added one cent to the budget. Meaning, a 2nd hand laptop from Apple brings enough money to buy a NEW non-Apple laptop that has better specs than the Macbook. Do mind it is NOT .......

Good old times relived yesterday. I fetched the D2TM source, of course my latest version with the cool light effects. I had some trouble compiling it, but i was not thinking clear either.
Anyway. I got it compiling again, and although my spare time is -10 hours a day. I do feel like finishing up this thing. I still think the project Shai Hulud has potential. However, it is very, very huge and abstract to work with.
No screenshots, sorry. I will upload one soon enough. You will like it. Although i can give you a link where already the light effect is shown.
